We absolutely love it here! We have a 3 bedroom townhome. Perfect layout! One door goes to the kitchen(open concept to the dinning) and the front to the lounge. We love this because if it's snowing or wet, we can walk the dogs out back without worry for a wet carpet. Each room and bathroom has its own thermostat and heater, making it easy to control temperature of the home. It's so big!! We don't even feel the need for dressers or furniture with storage because of the crazy amout of storage here; even including a large outdoor storage. This was big to us as it was something our last place had almost none of. We have no regrets moving here, from the staff, to the location. We are a 2 min walk from the grocery store, there is a small park my daughter frequents, having a free parking space as well, all of this, at a better rate then we thought possible. We came in blind, and we're shocked at how wonderful everything is. Bree, the manager is brilliant! And goes the extra mile to make sure you're home FEELS like a home. From a kind welcome, and welcome gift, to holiday suprises for all the residents, I continue to be amazed by her thoughtfulness; even thinking of the pups and making sure they aren't left out, bringing them new toys too!
Our 2 y/o daughter was so excited from her surprise Easter gift and loves to talk with her; as do we. Speaking of staff, Angelica with maintenance is fantastic! She is not only effective, responding to requests text super fast and friendly, and taking care of anything your home needs, asap. But shes will also make sure to address any potential future concerns. It's always so nice to chat with her, and its so obvious shes thoughtful too, even bringing so home-made oatmeal for our daughter's excema. she's patient with our daughter letting her talk her ear off while she works. My husband and I feel very blessed that we moved here. It feels happy here. I highly recommend it, if your looking for a home in Green River.
